The Ports tab shows your ship’s own schedule: which ports it is heading to next, and roughly when. If your ship has no schedule reported yet, you will see that stated plainly rather than a guess.
Below your schedule, the Ports tab shows which of your matches will be in the same port as you, and roughly when your time there overlaps. “Friends” on this page means people you have matched with. Seacove does not have a separate friends list or follow feature.
This runs on each ship’s public sailing schedule, the same information a travel agent or a passenger can look up. Seacove never asks for your phone’s location to build this.
A blocked user never appears on your Ports tab, in either direction, no matter what.
