• Nobody is showing up in DiscoverRunning out of people usually means your ship is small right now, or you have already seen everyone available today. Both are normal.
• My ship isn't in the listNew ships are added regularly, but they go through a check before appearing. Tell us the ship's name and cruise line and we'll look into adding it.
• My matches or messages aren't loadingUsually a connection issue on ship wifi. Messages you send while offline are held and sent automatically once you're back online.
• My photo won't upload or was rejectedEvery photo is checked automatically before it goes live. A rejection usually means it broke a clear rule, like nudity or a photo of someone else.
